House-museum of Victor Vasnetsov is the Neo-Russian style mansion designed by its owner outstanding Russian painter of the late 19th – early 20th centuries.
Multicolored glazed tiles with floral ornament decorate stoves inside the house and then go along the facade connecting worlds created by men’s fantasy and by God.
Interiors of the house are typical for the 2nd half of the 19th century Moscow private houses. Victor Vasnetsov and his family used to live in here since 1894 up to 1926.
Opened for visitors:Wednesday– Sunday 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Ticket office until 4 p.m.
